Pitusas, arises from Laura's passion for espadrilles and the desire to undertake, or in Javier's case, to continue doing so. Two friends, with the initiative to create a brand with love, and to take care of it over the years.
It all began, as mentioned above, with a passion for these summer shoes and the desire of full enjoyment, for many the best time of the year. Creating handmade, comfortable and quality shoes that would accompany the customer in each and every one of his trips during this season.
Craftwork and quality
Our Pitusas maintain that Spanish soul of the espadrilles of ancient time as they are hand-made by expert craftsmen in our country. At the same time, they are considered a unique product, distinguished by its comfort, colour, design and quality.
Each sole is made of 100% natural jute and has a thin layer of rubber that protects each Pitusa from humidity. Its composition includes a foam insole for full enjoyment. Each and every one of them is lined with a breathable and absorbent microfibre that makes them perfect for the hottest months.
Fabrics
Pitusas is a brand created from simplicity and elegance so that summer looks always have a chicer touch. The softness of their fabrics, as well as the uniqueness and quality of each piece, make them unique footwear, handmade in Spain.
Inspired by pastel colours, always in harmony with the new trends and ready to step out of the conventional. Pitusas is created, to leave aside the traditional summer sandal. The new espadrilles, created not to go unnoticed, to wear them with any look by day or night. Produced mainly with velvet, suede and cotton fabrics.
A brand that was born with the desire to challenge fashion and unite velvet fabrics with the espadrilles of ancient time, creating the perfect combination for the best complement to a spring/summer look. Practicality and elegance are present in its two lines, designed for a very varied public, which have in common the taste for the singularity of its outfit.
Where we want to go
Pitusas does not intend to compete with the most technically advanced espadrilles on the market.
This brand, or more precisely, this dream, will always point in the direction of illusion and enthusiasm as we make our way in this difficult and increasingly demanding market. We want each shoe to be a reflection of all the love, affection, enthusiasm and dedication of each step we take and the spirit with which we carry out each action.
